HowCanIHelp was born from the heart — from the desire to notice and to help. We don’t want good deeds to remain undone simply because someone lacks the money.
That’s why HowCanIHelp donates 10% of the company’s income to charity.
Because we move daily through many different homes, we often notice places where support is needed:
- an elderly person whose shower doors no longer work and need fixing;
- children who need a new bed or toys;
- a single mother who cannot afford a new washing machine;
- and many other situations like these.
Over the years, we’ve built a strong network of contacts and partners. We’ve become a bridge that connects those who have more with those who have less.
This is how our project “Notice & Help” was created.

In 2023, the standard EVS 944:2023 Cleaning requirements in healthcare institutions entered into force in Estonia. This is a Nordic standard, which is a supplementary standard to INSTA800 (EVS914:2020 Cleaning quality agreement and assessment) and is used in Nordic hospitals for the agreement and assessment of cleanliness quality. The aim of the standard is to prevent the spread of hospital infections through appropriate cleaning.

Conscious cleaning is valuable. Time and health are two of the biggest assets.
According to Maria Liis Alt’s research, after applying conscious-cleaning methods, cleaning time decreased significantly. Before the experiment, families spent 5–8 hours per week cleaning; after the experiment, about 1 hour per week. The study included only three families, so the results cannot be generalised. Based on Puhastusekspert’s experience, the average family spends 4 hours per week cleaning. With conscious cleaning, this drops to 2.5 hours per week – with noticeably better results.
